iOS app doesnt work!

After reading the reviews, I know that many people experienced the same difficulty I have had with Netrobe – the iOS app will not connect with the Server.
After registering or logging in to my Netrobe iOS app, all is well until I reach the page titled~
NETROBE, followed by the message– "Connecting to your Netrobe"... then the app freezes, and it will not connect with the Server.
